  • All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or scent, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
